Le Grand Vefour is the finest French restaurant in the world, and its history and glory are spectacular. A legendary living restaurant with a seat for textbooks such as Alexandre Dumas, Napoleon and Josephine.

GUY MARTIN
Born in Savoy in 1957.
To the way of cooking from 23 years old. It may be a late start, but the road to success is as early as 29 years old. Win various awards one after another. The Relais & Chateau Group Awards, the Future Cook's Award for French cuisine, and more.
In 1990, he won two Michelin stars as a chef at the Chateau de Divonne hotel restaurant, which led him to Paris, where he became a chef of historic Grand Vefour.
And he reigns as a 3-star chef for eight years from 2000.
