夏の器の代表格と言えば、蕎麦猪口。
ARITA PORCELAIN LABにもたくさんの蕎麦猪口があります。
蕎麦猪口は元々はお蕎麦を食べるときに、蕎麦だしを入れ、そこにそばを付けて食べる器です。しかし、ここ20年ほどは蕎麦猪口の模様の多様性や、サイズ感により元来の使い方以外にも使われるようになりました。
特に、夏は麦茶やアイスコーヒーと言った冷たい飲み物はもちろん、アイスクリームやヨーグルト、果物と言ったデザートからお吸い物やお浸し等を入れる小鉢としてもお使い頂けるとても使い勝手のよい器です。
重なりも良く、スタッキングにも場所を取らない蕎麦猪口。
いつくあっても楽しいですね。

It is one of Arita’s oldest and largest-scale operating kilns.
