~“Everyday Hare” created by a legendary New York chef and a 200-year-old ARITA WARE pottery~

 

Inviting legendary New York chef Michael Romano,

The restaurant Event "Hibi Kore no Shokutaku" was held on April 22nd and 23rd at the Arita flagship store!

Thank you to everyone who participated!

Everyone said, "It was a lot of fun. I want to come again next time."

The preparation was difficult, but I'm glad I was able to make it happen.

In 1988, he became Executive Chef of Union Square Café.

Under his leadership, the restaurant won three stars from the New York Times.

Ranked #1 in popular restaurants by Zagat Survey 9 times, an unprecedented number of times

Since 2007, he has also served as executive chef at Union Square Tokyo in Tokyo Midtown.
