We invited Mr. Hitomi Otsuka to cook a special meal society "Lunchtime meal of Hiina"

ひいな祭りにちなんで、有田焼の伝統技法や紋様を現代のライフスタイルにあわせて

昇華させた器と佐賀の食材を使い、色で魅せる空間を演出していただきました。

【Profile of Hitomi Otsuka】

1981年福岡生まれ。料理上手でおもてなしを大切にする祖母や母の影響で、

幼い頃から料理や室礼に興味をもつ。

食べることが大好きで、世界中をめぐって様々な味に親しみ、料理研究家のもとで学ぶ。

大学在学中の2004年、居心地の良い空間で過ごす食のひとときをテーマにLife Decorationを立ち上げる。

以降、料理家、食空間プロデューサーとしてオリジナリティー溢れる食空間を演出している。
