有田はお盆が7月にあります。
近隣でもほとんどが8月盆ですが、有田町全域と伊万里市二里町までが7月盆です。
この時期はみなで呉豆腐を食べます。
呉汁を葛やでんぷんで固める呉豆腐。有田と長崎市の一部でしか食されないみたいですね。
冷たくしてこの時期はちょっと甘めの酢みそで頂くのが定番です。
