NYからコルトンひでこさんをお呼びしておもてなし教室を8月5，6日と開催いたしました。
とっても華やかでチャーミングなひでこさん。
スタッフ一同、メロメロになってしまいました。
とっても笑顔が素敵でチャーミングな方でした。
ウェルカムドリンクをギャラリーでおもてなし。
ギャラリーの黒い壁にオレンジのカクテルがとってもきれい。
その後、カフェスペースでおもてなしのお料理教室。
テーブルセッティングも素敵。
今回のテーマカラーは赤。
赤を引き立てるために器は白とプラチナ、黒で統一。
素敵でした。
出来上がったお料理をみんなでいただきながら「コルトンメソッド」のセミナーを行っていただきました。
とても、興味深く、ずっとメモを取ってらっしゃる方も多くいらっしゃいました。
今回のセミナーは遠くは北海道、韓国からもご参加いただきました。
コルトンさんの人気の高さには驚きましたが、ご一緒させていただいてその理由が分かった気がします。
また、お越しいただきたいです。
