ARITA PORCELAIN LAB × 福岡の人気シェフ
「ここでしか味わえない器と食のコラボレーション」が本日有田旗艦店にて開催されました。
200 年続く有田焼窯元アリタポーセリンラボは、〝器〟と〝食〟の新しいかかわりを探る「日々是ハレの食卓」を提案しています。1 枚の器には、日常の食卓をハレに変える力があります。世界の食卓にハレを届け、心の贅沢を提供するのが私たちアリタポーセリンラボの仕事です。
今回福岡市中央区大名の一角にあるフレンチレストラン『Epanoui』の人気シェフ田村仁氏とアリタポーセリンラボによるコラボレーション。
エパヌイとはフランス語で「花開く」という意味を持ちます。元公邸料理人でもあるオーナーシェフの田村仁シェフがアリタポーセリンラボの器と作り出す、美しく花開くフレンチをお楽しみ頂きました。
たくさんのお客様にお越しいただきましてありがとうございました。

Founded in 1804, “Arita Porcelain Lab” is the modern brand name of the Yazaemon Kiln, which was established over 200 years ago.
It is one of Arita’s oldest and largest-scale operating kilns.
Our luxury and modern style of Arita porcelain pieces are created
one by one by handwork of skilled artisants,
taking advantage of the unique and techniques inherited in tradition of Yazaemon kiln, which evolved through countless trials.
