3月に実施した『銀座レカン』の高良シェフに続き、
7月にフレンチの名店『シェ・イノ』の古賀シェフとの有田の旅の開催が決まりました！
東京・京橋『シェ・イノ』の古賀純二総料理長は、佐賀県武雄市出身と言うこともあり、
地元佐賀、そして有田の発展をに共感してくださり、今回のツアーが実現しました。
ナビゲーターとして、タベアルキストであり、有田にも約２年携わっているマッキー牧元氏が同行します。
このツアーにアリタポーセリンラボもお立ち寄りいただけるようになりました!!
